About Dr. Rose
Offering compassionate, collaborative care for trauma, anxiety, and depression in a safe and supportive clinical space.
My name is Tayler Rose, I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a wide range of experience including working in adult day treatment for adults with chronic mental illnesses, a pride therapist for adults/adolescents, residential for children/adolescents with behavioral issues, couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, Neuropsychological assessments for children-adults with complex diagnoses, and was the clinical director for a private practice before life drove me to open my own practice.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults to better understand the patterns that may be keeping them from living the life they want. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's unique goals, strengths, and experiences. I believe that effective therapy is built on a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and respect.

I utilize an integrative approach of evidence-based treatments, including Systemic theories, CBT, DBT, ERP, PST, Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, Gestalt Psychology, Somatic Therapy, other integrative approaches depending on each client's needs. My focus is very much on making sure that you feel understood, challenged, and helped towards the life that you would like to live rather than the one that life may have forced you to live.Â

My areas of interest include anxiety disorders, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, addiction, major mental illness, personality disorders, career stress, family challenges, couples’ challenges, and helping individuals develop resilience and healthier coping skills. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater self-understanding, I am committed to helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

I understand that finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting process often related to dating, sometimes it isn’t the right fit. My goal is to make therapy a collaborative, welcoming experience where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I look forward to working with you should you chose to do so.Â

Common Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an opening. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee of $140.00
How do I reschedule a session?
Rescheduling can be done directly through my secure patient portal, by sending a brief email or sending me a text/voicemail. I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs within my current availability to ensure we maintain the momentum of our work.
What happens if we need external referrals?
If your therapeutic needs fall outside my current clinical scope or if you require additional specialized services (such as medication management), I will provide a list of trusted referrals to ensure you receive the most comprehensive and appropriate care possible.
These policies help us maintain a safe, predictable environment for our collaborative work. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
